Quiet and big room

The room is old and smells bad. I asked receptionist change the bed sheet but they had no action

The location is good. The beach is just a walk down the road.

The room they gave us had no windows and reeked of mold, it gave me chest problems. Then we asked to be moved to a different room and the receptionist said no rooms were available. I asked another one of the hotel staff the same thing, and within moments we were in a new room. The new room was better, had a window but still had horrible smells. The toilet especially reeked of pee.

Very little!! The bed was comfortable.

This hotel is in a bad state!!! Nothing on the listing is available. No restaurant, no sauna, no roof top bar, no bar at all, no food available, no spa, no gym!!!! There is a dirty swimming pool. From the moment you arrive, even the steps in the doorway, everything needs cleaning. The staff don't care! When I asked about all the facilities listed on booking.com and asked where they were I was told they were all closed or broken and the staff were laughing at the booking.com photographs. The room we were given was poor, smelled mouldy and was in need of decorating and new flooring.When I questioned the staff on facilities and asked for a possible discount this was flatly refused. The owner was unavailable and lives abroad. Staff admitted that recent positive Vietnamese reviews were made up and a deliberate lie. Other guests I spoke to were also unhappy.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Nice location, close to the beach

The furniture was quite old, the room smelled old and moldy, like it hadn’t been properly aired out in ages. It was damp and dark, which made it feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

It’s located by the road, so you don’t need to look for the right twist.

The hotel price was included an early and late checkin, however when we reached the hotel the receptionist told us it wasn’t possible. Which misleads guests who travel from a far place for only the option the hotel provides early checkin possibility. After a long time of discussion, the reception provided us a room to take a fast shower and leave out baggages, so that we could go out sightseeings. We came back late exhausted, when we got our room, the room didn’t have enough amenities for 3 adults, we couldn’t connect with the service staff and the reception. The pool was dirty. Facilities that hotel has didn’t work the time we were staying.

Dislike - App shows 500k+vnd but during arrival at counter. Got charged 600k+ vnd almost 700k+vndDislike - Body towel was not clean. Dislike - The room given had no windows but advertising showed it had windows. Changed to a room with windows but the smell of cigarette was so bad even after housekeeping. Dislike - Being called at 11:15am to check out before 12 midday. Dislike - arrived first day and there was no water given in the room. Like - one of the staff was helpful atleast.

The pool was disgusting, with things floating in it for days. On top of all this, there’s a major construction site next door.Despite multiple complaints — not just from me, but other guests — no refund or compensation was offered. The manager was nowhere to be found.Completely misrepresented, poorly managed, and frankly a disgrace.

Nice hotel, beds very comfy and good location. Rooms were really nice. Unfortunately they had none of the facilities it states online. There was no bar, no restaurant so couldn’t get breakfast. There was no loungers or bean bags at the pool side. There was a bad smell in the room too. The website and facilities really needs updated - we booked it purely for some of the facilities stated and I imagine others will too. But it was cheap and had a really good nights sleep.

Good value for money, plus good location for me to go on my morning walk on the beach. Overall good experience.

Lot of noise when cleaners where cleaning the rooms. Plus some of the residents were very loud and noisy during the night. Building was next to a construction site and on some occasion ,were noisy early in the mornings and afternoons.

The room too old. Small, too short.

Was cheap, and central location

There was no hot water for our first three showers, and only one in the fourth after we complained about no hot water. They gave us another room, which we asked for from the first night. The servicemen came to check and said it was all fine, but the hot water lasted 10 seconds, and we were forced to have a cold shower after being all soapy in the cubicle. Only when I stated that my review on the hotel would be poor would the staff get into action to do something, but too late. The hotel should adhere to what is described on booking.com.

The hotels location was really good it was near the beach but the facilities could have been better, the hot water did not work properly and the bed was squeaky, the staff was good they understood English.

The only reason I’m giving this hotel one star is because I can’t give less. The place is extremely neglected. During the night, the toilet got clogged, turning an already awful room into an uninhabitable one. I requested help, but was told it couldn’t be fixed. I asked to switch rooms, again denied. At 3 AM, I had to find another hotel, paying for the night twice. Spare yourself this experience and stay far away.

Intermittent hot water, moldy smell in room, construction next door, dusty due to construction, loud road in front. Hotel bar and restaurant and gym not functioning.

Everything was great, got a really big room with comfy beds, nice shower and good light for a really reasonable price

There was no window in my room, but for the price I've got couldn't ask for more.

Spacious room with plenty of natural daylight. Amazing food prepared on the street stall at the entrance to the hotel.

Cleaning was not thorough enough for me, and noise from neighboring construction site was sometimes disturbing. The swimming pool was disappointing - not much water, some debris at the bottom of the pool (stones etc) and only dining chairs to sit on poolside.
